Refund and Returns Policy

At Green Tech Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The product includes all accessories, manuals, and original invoice

❌ Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used, installed, or damaged by the customer
  • The original packaging is missing or damaged
  • The item was purchased under clearance or special sale (unless defective)
  • The return request exceeds the allowed time period

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Installed CCTV, networking, or solar solutions
  • Clearance sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, water, power surge, or negligence

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
  3. Share images or videos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  5. Ship the product back to us in original condition

🚚 Return shipping costs may be:

  • Covered by Green Tech Solutions (if the mistake is ours)
  • Covered by the customer (if the return is due to personal preference)

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • The item received is damaged or incorrect
  • The stock for the replacement product is available
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days

If the replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Warranty-Related Returns

  • Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy
  • Physical damage, power issues, and unauthorized repairs may void the warranty
  • Customers must contact Green Tech Solutions for warranty claim guidance

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank or card provider
  • Contact your payment gateway provider
  • If still pending, contact our support team

9. Fraud Prevention

  • Reject suspicious return requests
  • Block users involved in abusive return behavior
