- Ship the product back to us in original condition
🚚 Return shipping costs may be:
- Covered by Green Tech Solutions (if the mistake is ours)
- Covered by the customer (if the return is due to personal preference)

Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We offer exchanges if:

- The stock for the replacement product is available
- The exchange request is made within 7 days
If the replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
